Katie Eide

Broker/Owner

Katie founded Perch Real Estate in 2015 with a desire to unite her love for real estate with her care for people. She is passionate about forging relationships with clients and assuring that they are informed and educated throughout the entire buying and selling process. She specializes in fix and flip properties, and has completed over 100 flip homes in the Denver area.

Lauren Haug

Associate Broker

Lauren joined Perch in 2016, and has helped expand the reach of Perch into the Northern Colorado real estate market. It is her pleasure to serve clients up and down Colorado’s Front Range, and her goal is to promote your interests with the utmost good faith, loyalty, and fidelity. Prior to becoming a real estate agent, Lauren was a public school teacher in Colorado for seven years.

Brooks Carveth

Associate Broker

Brooks joined Perch in January of 2018. With skills in client services, tactical problem-solving, and communication, Brooks is a valuable asset to the Perch team. With a background in Property Management, He is committed to working tirelessly on behalf of his clients to guarantee the very best client-care, service, and value throughout the home buying process.

Susan Eide

Transaction Manager

Susan is the backbone of the Perch real estate office, handling the paperwork and logistics for all transactions that pass through the office on a day to day basis. Prior to joining Perch, she was the Executive Director and Teacher at a non-profit preschool in Montrose, Colorado for more than 25 years.
